Digital Product Refund Policy

travelguides.digital sells digital products (PDF travel guides) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is designed to protect both customers and our business.

Refund Eligibility

1. Refund Before Download

If you have not yet downloaded the PDF file, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at our contact page with your order number.

2. No Refund After Download

Once you have downloaded the PDF file, we cannot offer a refund. This is because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, and downloading the file constitutes acceptance of the product.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your PDF file, we will provide a full refund or work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any problems.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same guide twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase upon request. Please contact us with both order numbers.
